The earthworks Cabernet Sauvignon is a testament to the Barossa’s sustainability for grape growing. Whilst respecting the varietal nuances of Cabernet Sauvignon this wine is all about generous aromas and richness of flavour.

Bright ruby purple in colour. Warm, enticing blueberry aromas with cedar spice, plums and cassis. Big, soft and generous, the palate displays plum and berry compote, toasted vanilla and boysenberry. Hints of mocha complement the rich, velvety finish.

About Earthworks Wines

Family owned and operated, Barossa Earthworks make its wines from 100% Barossa grapes, grown at small family owned vineyards. Drawing on more than 160 years of local wine knowledge, traditional winemaking methods and minimal processing are used to preserve the purity, integrity, texture and flavour of the wines.

The grapes for the Earthworks Collection of wines come from our loyal growers throughout the Barossa. Soils, site and viticultural practices vary considerably but the one common factor in these vineyards is the unmistakable generosity that shines through in the wine.

Earthworks is the best of the Barossa, made entirely from Barossa grapes from trusted family growers. Earthworks embodies our fierce commitment to quality and a determination to preserve the independence and heritage of the Barossa Valley. The wines at Earthworks are made at our cellars true to region, a good drink to share with meals and mates.
