The Stoneweaver vineyards foster an abundant and balanced ecology with micro flora, multiple plant species, insects, and animals grazing on the wild grass and plants. Olive trees line the boundary and beehives are nestled amongst the native flax in the home garden, where the Huia family live.
Wild yeast is naturally present and is used for fermentation. The wines are un-fined. A minimal intervention philosophy is adhered to during the winemaking process allowing nature to truly express the season.
